Shipping (Germany)
Shipping costs within Germany (continent) 4.49 Euro for packages up to 30 kg free delivery from an order value of 50.00 Euro within Germany (continent) We are only shipping with insured mail, i.e. insured parcels with our logistics partner DPD.
Upon particular request, we also ship with Deutsche Post (DHL). Shipping costs with Deutsche Post (DHL) starts at 6.99 Euro (depending on the package's weight). When using Deutsche Post (DHL) the shipping costs have to be paid by the customer. Please also note that the shipping costs for Deutsche Post (DHL) have to be paid by the customer even if the order value exceeds 50.00 Euro.
Shipping (Austria)
Shipping costs for private customers in Austria 9.99 Euro for packages up to 30 kg free delivery from an order value of 100.00 Euro
Shipping (Switzerland)
Shipping costs for private customers in Switzerland 19.99 Euro for packages up to 20 kg We do not charge German VAT when shipping to Switzerland, i.e. the package has to be declared in Switzerland by the customer. The customer has to pay tax for the order himself. Should your order be delivered to a German address we kindly ask you to send us the original invoice provided with export stamp of Swiss customs. You will then recover the already paid German VAT (19%). Please be informed that customs clearance and taxation has to be undertaken by the customer himself.

With immediate transfer (Sofortüberweisung)
you can easily and conveniently pay for your shopping cart with your online-banking-account (at your local bank). All you need is your account number, bank code, PIN and TAN.
Payment in Advance
If you place your order and choose advance payment, you will - after you have sent your order - receive an order confirmation with all the relevant details necessary to transfer the order amount to our bank account.
Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.)
Should you not be comfortable to pay your order online respectively via the net? In this case please order and use "Cash on Delivery". You will then receive your order and pay when the package is being delivered to your house. Please be informed that while paying "Cash on Delivery" there will be an additional fee in the amount of 11.99 Euro added to the shipping costs as well as 2.00 Euro so called "Zahlungsentgelt".
